Terms of use.

These terms apply when you browse PokerGrid, create an account or use its tournament tools.

Information service

PokerGrid provides calendars, results, live-feed displays and tournament tools. It does not provide real-money online poker, accept wagers, hold player funds or guarantee entry to an event.

Accuracy and changes

We work to keep dates, results and live information accurate, but information can be delayed, incomplete or changed by an organiser. Confirm important details with the organiser before travelling, registering or spending money. A displayed live clock is informational and may be removed when its source stops updating.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in details and use private rooms only for lawful event operations. Do not attempt to access another person’s account, disrupt the site, scrape at a harmful rate, submit malicious code, impersonate another person or publish information you have no right to use.

The Rail and player posts

The Rail lets approved profile owners post short Tells and Stack Snaps. You remain responsible for what you post and must have the right to share every photo and detail included. Do not post threats, unlawful material, harassment, hate speech, another person’s private information, misleading impersonation or content that infringes another person’s rights. PokerGrid may censor profanity, limit posting, hide reported content, suspend access or remove content where reasonably needed to protect players and the service.

You give PokerGrid permission to store, display, resize and distribute your post only as needed to operate and promote the PokerGrid service according to the audience you select. You may delete your post through The Rail. Reactions, reports, blocks and Poker Mate controls are community tools and do not guarantee that every objectionable post will be found immediately.

Published records

Tournament results are historical records sourced from organisers and public publications. If you believe a record is inaccurate, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading, submit a correction request. We may retain an accurate historical record even when removal is requested.

Third-party services and rights

Links, operator feeds and embedded services are controlled by their respective providers. Their terms and privacy practices apply. PokerGrid’s name, design and original content are protected; organiser names and marks remain the property of their owners.

Liability and availability

To the extent permitted by law, PokerGrid is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on delayed or incorrect third-party information, event cancellation, travel decisions or temporary service interruption. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees, remain unaffected.

Contact and governing law
